HPL110, Load Monitor, Machine Protection 3×380 – 440Vac, SPCO 

The Unipower HPL110 is a „low-cost“ member of a family of „Intelligent Power- Control Units“. The unit measures true power-consumtption and shows the consumption as a percentage of the selected power-range. The power- consumption (kW) is calculated from the following formula: P = √3 x U x I x Cosϕ 
The primary function of the HPL110 lies in the supervision and control of machinery driven by 3-phased AC-motors. The HPL110 integrates a Max. and/or a Min. kW limit detector plus the support functions necessary to establish the efficient and compact supervision or regulation of various types of machinery such as pumps, ventilators and conveyer belts. The HPL110 has a built in current converter that works up to 8 Amp.

Unipower APM110 is a „low-cost“ member of the Unipower family. The unit measures power from the formula: P = √3 x U x I x Cosϕ The primary function of the unit lies in the supervision of machinery driven by 3- phase AC-motors. Unipower APM110 integrates a programmable Max. and Min. kW limit detector plus the support functions necessary to establish the efficient and compact supervision or control of various types of machinery such as pumps, fans and conveyor belts. 

HPL500, Load Monitor, Machine Protection, 3×380 – 440Vac, 110 – 230Vac, 1 X SPCO 1 X SPNO 

Unipower HPL500 is equipped with a specially developed power supply for use from 100V - 575V - both single phased and three phased. Mains voltages in the whole world is hereby covered with one unit. HPL500 also measures currents up to 40A without the use of an external current converter. 
As all Unipower HPL-modules the HPL500 naturally integrates the functions necessary to establish an efficient and compact su- pervision or control; Start timer, reaction timer, setpoints etc. 
For setup simplicity the HPL500 includes peak detectors on the power measurement. 
Additionally also true kW may be displayed as well as the entered kW range.

This MB-version is an RTU-slave on a MODbus network. 
 

PCU D10 front panel Display and Control module for APM110E 

The unit acts as a control/display unit for the Unipower APM110E, to which it is connected with only 2 wires. Although APM110E is a stand alone control module it may be convenient to have a panel mount display.

Unipower HPL500H is a MODbus Remote Terminal Unit made especially for „remote“ control and/or display of Unipower HPL500-MB. 

MAG03D0424, Phase Failure Relay, 3 PHASE 3/4 WIRE, 120-277VAC, 208-480VAC, 1 C/O 

The MAG03D0424 is a Phase Failure Relay which can be use for both a 3 or 4 wire application, switchable by a dip switch. The Supply voltage can also be selected between 208-480Vac 3 wire and 120-277Vac 4 wire. It has Phase loss, Reversal and Asymmetry as well as adjustable under and over voltage set points. The ON/OFF time delays are also adjustable. All of this in a compact 17.5mm housing.
